Kids Tutoring

  • Start: In the free intro, we pick one subject and one routine to improve.

  • In session: Brief check-in → what’s stressing you? → folder/binder check → review last week + upcoming →  focused tutoring block → confidence check → set short-term academic goals.

  • Between sessions: Use a simple “list → plan → do → check” homework flow.

  • Adjust: Review what's working, make adjustments, and grow independence step by step.

Kids Support
& Accountability

  • Start: In the free intro, we get to know your child, discuss main issues and goals, and draft a plan for the future.

  • In session: Brief check-in → what’s stressing you? → learn & practice new strategies (quick role-play or simulation) → confidence check → set a goal for the week.

  • Between sessions: Practice strategies at home & school; take note of results

  • Adjust: Review past week, fine-tune, and build confidence.

Parent Coaching
(including ADHD adults)

  • Start: In the free intro, we get to know you, discuss main issues and goals, and draft a home plan.

  • In session: Brief check-in → what’s stressing you? → learn and practice new methods (routines, calm communication, self-care) → → set a goal for the week

  • Between sessions: Practice methods at home; note what works and what doesn't; note a couple examples.

  • Adjust: Review past week, fine-tune the home plan, and build consistency.
